Genius Giant Ziplock
I can't help but post this I am freaking out here! We recently moved from a 3200 square foot home into a 1800 square foot rental. My husband received a job offer that we couldn't refuse and did a quick move across the state. It has been quite the interesting process trying to determine what is really needed, apposed to what I have been hoarding forever and didn't realize! Blankets apparently are one of them. I wish so bad that I would have taken a picture of our closet before I started the process. Let me just give you a visual blankets ALL THE WAY TO THE CEILING (no shelves just madness)! I finally went through and determined the ones that I will never use again, and the ones that I want to keep forever. I was able to find Jumbo Ziplock vacuum bags that I was able to fit the remaining blankets into. I really could have probably fit them all in one but the package came with 4 so I figured that I could spare two.
In these Jumbo bags includes 6 large blankets (3 King size, 3 Twin/Throw size) and two large pillows, the second bag (pictured in the back) is holding 4 large blankets (King), but these do have move batting, making them more bulky.

I am completely floored! These pictures don't even come close to doing it justice. I was able to stick these both in a trunk, where before I was only able to hold three blankets total. Ziplock you are amazing! Why I have not purchased these a long time ago!? I am like emoticon girl hitting head on table! Serious space saver and all around life saver!
I purchased my bags at Walmart but here are the links for on line if you are looking to check them out! I found these that have two in a bag instead of four. I wish that mine would have only had two but hey I have two more for my next project, right!?! I have included the Amazon link too. I couldn't find the exact ones that I bought but I liked that these had different sizes.
